Shipping policy
Order Processing Time: At Mad Hatter Farms, we are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality dried Lion's Mane mushroom powder and capsules. Our current processing time is between 48 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time your order is placed. This allows us to carefully prepare and package your products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times (7/7/2024 - Not All Shipping Methods will be present on store release): We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs. Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and your location. Please see the estimated delivery times below:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Please note that these are estimated delivery times provided by our shipping carriers and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and the destination. You can view the shipping costs for your order during the checkout process before completing your purchase.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimated delivery date.
Shipping Restrictions: Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Damaged or Lost Packages: We take great care in packaging your order, but sometimes packages may be damaged or lost in transit. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at madhatterfarmsllc@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Changes to Your Order: If you need to make any changes to your order, such as updating the shipping address or canceling the order, please contact us immediately at madhatterfarmsllc@gmail.com. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes.
